ABOUT

Ross served 15 years as a Royal Navy Physical Training Instructor, deployed to many different locations and training the best in the world to be fit to fight. Director of Commando X Fit, Ross started it alongside a former Royal Marine Adam White as an outdoor boot camp class and now evolving to become the best functional gym in Scotland!

ABOUT

Andy has been with Commando X Fit for 3 years and has a broad experience in many different training styles. Power lifting, strongman, Olympic weightlifting and conditioning.

GRAEME

ABOUT

Graeme has been with Commando X Fit for 3 years, teaching all morning classes. He has recently reached Personal Training Level 3 and has been successfully building his client base.

ABOUT

Dayna has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has a background in dance.  She specialises in weight loss management, strength training and flexibility.

Andrew has been with Commando X-fit for 1 year.  His experience is based primarily with sport specific training designing personal training programs from weight loss, exercise prescription to injury management and sport specificity.
